Hey goth and to all admins of forum, Can you guys enable the chatbox? or make it for all users (if chatbox only allowed to usergroups admin).. Why because i'm making a program at C# language this program is called "SAS Notifier" if someone post a new thread or there is new message at chatbox...

is there a updated version of C#?? ik that there was a C# 5.0 released in 2012 but I never hear anything about it these days and I don't use C# so idk much

according to the configuration, no default user group is set therefore all users with a forum account should be able to connect.
