High Ranked members not working

there have been multiple occasions of this happening throughout this week.

I have here a screenshot of rewch and RoachGray not working at all, just sitting in the hallway talking.

I will speak to both of them about the amount of work not progressing, and a consequence will be taken for both individuals if they do not attempt to work.
