I was on today and I looked at the population. It said 15, but the color was yellow. Why is our pop allowance so low?

I think they said the pop allowance is 50.

The color was yellow when the pop was 15.

I checked a room pop with max of 50. it had 5 but was yellow. Im not sure why but it must be a glitch within the system.

its actually because the fewer people there in the room the lower i put the allowance, that way it makes us further up the room list, soon as we get near max population i raise it a bit more
