Reason:
I am demoting Lich18 from his current rank Investigator II but then went to Investigator III but he had done no work so james the promoter said to change back and after 5 times of asking he still had not changed it so I am demoting him to Head trainer for not co-operating then leaving and be warned that he may still have the motto of Investigator III
