Hi all,

I have thought of a new SU and I would like your thoughts on it. All feedback will be taken into consideration so please don't hesitate to drop a comment.

Behaviour Analysis Unit (BAU)

The Behaviour Analysis Unit is a group of individuals who observe individuals behaviour around SAS - they may be acting oddly or strange. They will only observe people if a request is made to the Communications Liaison Officer with a reason why they should go under observation. If this unit has the correct personel within the team it could be really affective around SAS.

Ranks within the unit:

Unit Chief of the BAU Team: (Restricted to 1 person)

Senior Supervisory Special Agent: (Restricted to 2 people)

Supervisory Special Agent: (Restricted to 4 people)

Communications Liaison: (Restricted to 2 people)

Technical Analyst: (Restricted to 1 person)

Trainee: (Recruited by Unit Chief)

It's not restricted - I will put people in positions I think best suits them. This isn't official yet. I'm currently gathering feedback.

I like the basic of the BAU. But I'd like to hear what they do individual, if they all just observes except for the Communications Liaison, or they do something different from person to person.

Senior Supervisory Officers and Supervisory Officers observe people behaviour who have been requested upon.

The Technical Analyst collects data from the forum and the website upon the individual.

The Unit Chief oversee's all operations of the team and the 2 Senior Supervisory Officers report to the Unit Chief keeping him or her updated on everything that is going on.

BAU is a bit different from katie's SU as described by John. I like this idea and would like to join

Totally in it. It helps the members get to free their hopes and opinions about each other. Also helps to make a balanced and user-friendly workplace.

My thoughts on this!

1. Restrict to MOD (So we don't get too many members to become part of this team)
2. They can't say who they are supervising, Or if they re supervising ANYBODY at all.
3. It's a really good idea, And I hope it happens Smile

4. Could you put this on Trial?
